NESO is an engineering company in the field of energy technology, with special focus on solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC) technology.
We specialise in design and prototyping of automated test stands.

500W SOFC Module
This was a long term collaboration with the goal to create an easy to integrate SOFC Module from scratch.
The technology was confidential and patented at the end of the project. Our expertise was project management and module design.
Datalogger Box
Custom made datalogger box for field data acquisition (solely hardware and cabling).
Pressureimpulse Test
Test Stand for pre production testing of sensor prototypes towards pressure impulse compatibility.
Heat loss calculation
LabView based software to analyse thermography images and calculate heat loss based on simple geometric data.

Custom made electric heater integrated in a high temperature insulation plate.
Simulation of Production Process
LabView based simulation of a process with visualisation of energy consumption. Simulation was able to show potential of energy savings of 20% while increasing production capacity by 65%.

Design of a DIN-rail mountable and compact industrial PC based on a standard pico-itx motherboard.
